Join PBSCA and Mayor Merola of Bologna, Italy for the dedication of a rose bed in Portland's International Rose Test Garden to honor the 15th anniversary of sisterhood between Portland, Oregon and Bologna, Italy.

The City of Portland Parks Department, the Portland Sister Cities Association, and the Royal Rosarians honor Portland's sister cities with a dedicated rose bed in the International Rose Test Garden. In coordination with the visit to Portland by Mayor Virginio Merola from Bologna, this dedication will be on September 25th at 2 p.m. at rose bed #34, near the main entrance.
