Aperitivo: Start the class off by enjoying this light appetizer.

• Burrata Salad, made with arugula, burrata cheese, peaches, and roasted pine nuts

Main Dish: Discover how to craft the perfect pasta from scratch. Our expert chefs will guide you through each step, helping you to master the art of dough-making and shaping. No pasta machine is required.
