he Summer 2026 Cohort to Bologna Family Orientation will be held on Sunday, March 8th from 2-4 in the large community room of the Woodstock Library. Our annual Amici Dinner is a time when we show our gratitude to all of our friends and sponsors who have supported us throughout the year

Indulge in the culinary delights of an Italian-style dinner unique to the Emilia-Romagna region:

Starter:

Antipast Piadina with Crescenza Cheese, Mortadella, Capicola, Giardiniera

Bruschetta seared Oregon Albacore, Roasted Roma Tomato, Saffron Aioli

Pasta:

Lasagne with Bolognese (beef, veal, pork) and Parmigiano

The Portland Bologna Sister City Association is proud to once again partner with Cucina Amole to offer very special Bolgona-inspired cooking class! We will be making Homemade Tagliatelle with Bolognese Ragu’ Sauce. Get your ticket now as this event has minimal capacity which makes for a personable class, but means tickets are going fast!

A special online cooking class! Tickets are just $25, get yours here. We are thrilled to reconnect with Chef Giorgia Lambertini, of Bologna’s Trattoria Lambertini. Chef Lambertini has been a part of the PBSCA family for years, and came to Portland pre-pandemic to share her talent with our community.
